some time ago i begun to modify Star Wars Saga Edition (as rules shape) with elements of D20 Modern to get an Old West action rpg.

now i would like to know what i must heed and do before i publish? (Laws, Contracts, OGL)

If you use any content not covered by the OGL, especially if you try to sell it, you are neck-deep in creek.
