I found these really good Q-Workshop dice that I thought would go really well with D&D. They are the "Classic Elven" dice they just put out. I got the white and black sets. The clear ones with red ink were not clear enough to read clearly, so I don't recommend those (there were only three color styles that came out for these).
I personally like the white with black numbers the best, but the black with white numbers is just as easy to read. I noticed that the harder they are to read, the more expensive they are. In this picture, I put in the expensive "three color" Elven dice (actually just two colors, but oh well) to show you how much more clear the classic ones are in comparison (those are also really cool looking, but I have to bend over the table to see what the hell I rolled).
Each set of classic elven dice were only $5 (you can get them for less on line at rpgshop.com).
