Nope. See, that's a provable historic event. What you're doing is using your prejudices to make a totally unproven assumption. Very different beasts, I'm afraid. But hey, people rarely know they're being racist - if that's any help. That's one of the reasons racism is so insidious.

No goldy, white people are not rich and powerful. Rich and Powerful people are rich and powerful. It is not acceptable to go around talking about how Blacks are good at sports and excellent rappers and car theives, or how Asians are good at math but suck at driving. These are racisit sterotypes.

It is not okay to drown kittens because you where attacked by a lion once, nor through rocks at dogs 'cause a dingo ate your damn baby. If I had to guess though, I would say you are not doing it because of past difficulties for you, but because you see others doing it. Throwing stones is fun for some.

US Sensus data for 2009 lists 75% of the US population as white. The House of Representatives is currently made up of 20% non-white (Asians, pacific islander, Black, Hispanic, Jewish) members. This doesn't show a huge difference in political power than what you would get from picking people completely at random.

Looking simply at religion: 1.7% of thepopulace is Jewish. 2.7% of the house is Jewish. 12% 13% of the senate is Jewish (Missed an 'Orthodox Judaisim' on my first pass). The stereotype holds up in this case: Jews wield a disproportionately large amount of political power relative to their population.

Do you have data that corrects for education levels or social status of parents? That is to say, do you have data that shows it's actually racism and not classism?
