Section 6.

Not my favorite, but this one holds a special place in my heart.  My grandfather was on her 12/24/44 when she was sunk.  He's one of the survivors.

The Big E

and Old Ironsides

are my favorites.

My favorite ship is probably the USS Stark.  Yep, the one what got missiled.  I was actually on it as a kid before it was hit.  One of the few things I sorta remember from kiddie-hood.  I'm also partial to the Iowa class battleships.  The Missouri is at the top, of course.

Aren't they working on #2 yet?

It better have Khan in it!

and as for my favorite shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiip, uhmmmmmmmmm.....

I think its a toss up between the Klingon Bird of Prey

or the Sith Infiltrator

I love that sleek design, its kinda funny how the ships kinda devolved in the later (orginal) films. But I guess they were being cheaply made and mass produced so I guess it makes some kind of sense.

I love that show.  The friggin' anti-whalers are so stupid it's a comedy.  Like, for srs.  And this year they outdid themselves.  They get asked to help find people that could be floating in the friggin' frozen sea and the one guy on the Irwin asks if there are any other boats in the area that could do it.  Yeah, whales are totally more important than your fellow human beings.  At least the helicopter pilot had a soul.  Man, what a buncha toolbags.

I wouldn't be surprised to hear that the show had been cancelled because the Japanese whalers had installed miniguns on the fore and aft sections of the ship and had blown the greenies out of their boats and into the water, then used the guns to turn the greenies into chum.

Not advocating anything, just sayin'.

I could not agree with you more.  Part of me watches the show because I love boats.  They other part is amusement of watching the totally unseasoned and unprepared crewmen and their operations.  The helicopter pilot is the only one I respect, and I can't stand that mousy guy.

Personally, I'd go with either Parenthood or The Matrix.  Of course, in all three of them, he's basically playing an out-of-it stoner (aka himself), so it doesn't really matter, does it?

I thought it was pretty good, not nearly as good as the comic, but it was.... entertaining.

And the only reason I think he did a better acting job in that one is only because not once, in the entire movie, does he utter the word, "Whoa!"
