The first drive of the third quarter is pretty important to the Packers to reestablish momentum. Back later...I am going to spend halftime getting ready for work and avoiding the BEP.

The game is closer than it looks at this point. Mute buttons are awesome. The halftime show was still going on when I was done getting ready. Sadly I will miss most of the second half.

Wishing I had a hidden camera at the Favre housefold to watch that geezer kick a hole in his TV set. Tell you I wish I had used my mute button during that butchery of the national anthem. Yeah I heard about that later. When that chick from some TV show came on to sing America the Beautiful I hit mute and forgot to unmute until the game had started. When I unmuted and heard Joe Buck talking I almost muted again.
#11 zombie_babies Feb 07, 2011 8:50:40	Well, they obviously won.  They did try to make it interesting, though, but down 3 more guys (and with the 15 or 16 or whatever they were already down) it kinda makes sense.  And the friggin' receivers couldn't catch anything that hit 'em in the hands, but a win's a win.  And Jordy Nelson dropped the MVP - literally - by droppin' four friggin passes.  Oh well, Rodgers won it so no biggie.  So yeah, it's nice when one of your teams actually wins even if it's an adopted team. The Packers should be friggin' amazing next year (assuming there's football at all, of course).  With how well they played when it mattered most down so many starters and without any kind of running game for most of the year, well, I think it's safe to say that they'd be favored whether they won it or not.  Hopefully we'll get to find out.

And yeah, I was irritated. I don't care about either team, but me & a friend of mine had a wager that was all in sport. So, since the packers WON, I had to get up in front of the class and "sing the praises" of green bay and also call my buddy master cheesehead. Now, I completely parodized them (and him) the whole time, but I really don't like losing. In fact, I hate it.
