So ok, Maryland already recognizes out-of-state same-sex-marriages, though they won't allow them to be performed [No link, but the attorney general of Maryland issued an opinion of that effect last February]. And today Gary King, attorney general of New Mexico, issued an opinion that New Mexico should do the same [link]. Heh.  Well, I was already planning on figuring out his ring size sometime this year.
