According to the DMG 2 product listing write up, the city of Sigil will have a detailed write up in the DMG 2. It already has a brief write up in the Manual of Planes, but now we'll get the butter on the bread. Now that I've read the articles, I will agree that Ravenloft has been been looted as well with the Domains of Dread, but looting isn't the same as being made core. Greyhawk... could you point out an example, because aside from a few deities I can't spot many things looted from Greyhawk in 4th edition. Planescape needs the factions much more then it needs Sigil, though we do need it's cant, and we certainly don't need the Great Wheel. Wait until we see the DMG 2, Planes Below, Planes Above before we make any judgement calls on it being "core". But as I said, it's the factions that are key. I've been reading the material on Planeswalker and brainstorming where the factions would hang out in a broad multiprime cosmology, and I've been finding it very viable. |
