2 weapon fighting

can anyone use 2 weapon fighting? Or is this reserved for the fighter class only?

Any class can use two weapon fighting, but only ranger and fighter get acess to the style which allows the character to add their strength or dex to the bonus action attack.

As long as both weapons are light anyone can take a second attack with a held off hand weapon but it doesnt get the damage bonus. There is a feat that anyone can take but it works better for those classes that can take the two weapon style Ranger fighter and paladin I think.
