I had pretty exceptional luck with my stat rolls, ending up with 16, 16, 15, 15, 13, 8. I chose human variant for the +1 to two stats, bonus skill proficiency, and bonus feat.
Having such a good spread of stats made me want to try something a little bit different and part of the character concept became that three souls were trapped inside of the same body, and I've been working to integrate that idea mechanically. The eventual goal is to have 3 separate classes at least rougly invested in equally.
I'm level 5 presently, first three levels were Bard (College of Lore) and two levels in Warlock. I took agonizing blast and replling blast as my invocations, as it seemed that a core cantrip would be the best way to scale my damage considering I'd be splitting my classes three ways. It's been working very well, I'm something of a skill monkey with support skills and a pretty reliable primary attack.
The question is, a this point, what class to pursue next? I was considering Sorcerer, Favored Soul. It would grant me access to medium armor and shields (currently my AC is at 15), some more spells through domain (most likely light domain, possibly death), and by 3rd level I could start using metamagic to double cast Eldritch Blast on my turn (using quickening, I know it doesn't work with twinning!).
Paladin was holding my interest for a while as well, but I'd have to switch up my focus from Eldritch Blast to doing Pact of the Blade.
I don't know how much further I want to go in Warlock. I feel like I've gotten the most bang for my buck with a two level dip. More refreshable spell slots is always a boon but most of the class features aren't too exciting.
Am I missing any obvious synergies that would benefit me? Overall this character has been a riot to play -- just trying to keep an eye to the future!

Would the three souls have a lawful, neutral and chaotic alignments respectively? If so that may influence your thinking of the third class |

Don't know what I'm missing out on besides maybe Guidance? Warlock spellslots are indeed really good; I had previously underestimated them significantly. Warlock spell selection, however, leaves a lot to be desired.
So a given "all-out" turn for me at this point usually involves:
1. Move to minimize cover for opponent, or set them up to be pushed off cliffs/edges/pits with repelling blast. 2. Use bonus action to hex my target. 3. Use action to cast Eldritch Blast, giving me two attacks at 1d10 + Cha damage and pushing back 10 feet, possible getting 2d6 damage additional from hex. 4. Use reaction for hellish rebuke, opportunity attack w/ warcaster to cast another eldritch blast (disadvantage), or cutting words usage.
I feel like I've about maximized my action economy in this way, which is making it difficult to decide on what I want my third class to be. Metamagic would be the only way I can see that easily allows me to get anything more out of a given turn .
I really like the idea of paladin and divine smite, but they unfortunately only work with weapon attacks, not spell attacks. I could theoretically go bladelock instead if I were interested in this route which would also work well alongside going Fiend for the THP.
Rouge sneak attacks likewise require either a ranged weapon or a finesse melee weapon, neither of which would offer me better core damage than eldritch blast.
Is there something I'm missing that would passively give me some further capability? I had briefly considered going fighter champion, for the action surge and expanded crit range, but since each eldritch blast strikes on it's own hit, it seemd like criticals might not be the worth a three level dip.
