I was wondering abut this becouse i had a rougue concept using the grappler feat focused on grabing a oponent then shanking them in the back with sneak attack as with the grapler feat you have advantage against the oponent you grapple.
but i am not sure there is a way for a rogue to do a grapple attempt and then still make another attcks as the gougue does not geain aditional attacks. |

If you take the dual wielder feat, then you can. |

| #4TimboramaOct 17, 2014 10:40:09 | Tavern Brawler might help if you can convice your DM that a broken bottle is an improvised weapon that also counts as a dagger (maybe even call it a "Half-orc knife" for fun). Yes you attack before the grapple, but Grappler is kinda a terrible feat (and a bit of a trap!), so it'd be to set up for the next turn.
Alternatively, just have an ally stand adjacent to the bad guy until you get him grappled for a round. Or, as Yunru said, just use "Shove" to push him to the ground! |
| #5edwin_suOct 17, 2014 11:21:35 | Maybe instead i should try making a new sublcass for this. ( and hope i can find a dm that lets me us e it) If it could have the feature that you can make a graple attempt with your cunning action it would solve a lot of issues for this character concept. |
