What is all your ways as a melee to use a bonus action to attack?

 

Polearm Master

2 weapon fighting

Sentinal(Is this bonus action or reaction?)

Monk Ki point

 

Is there more?

Spiritual Weapon

Quicken + Thornwhip / Inflict Wounds / Vamperic Touch / Contagion...

 

Shield Master (doesn't do damage... but is a melee attack)

 

Or did you mean melee weapon?

There is a War Cleric feature that lets you do it a number of times per day based on Wis bonus, but Spiritual Weapon is cooler and it's one of the domain spells... I guess it's for when you run out of spell slots or get a really cool magic weapon.

 

Great Weapon Master Feat allows a Bonus Attack when you drop an enemy to 0, Shield Master Feat lets you shove, Tavern Brawler Feat lets you grapple, Crossbow Expert Feat lets you fire a hand crossbow (techically a ranged attack, but the feat also removes the disadvantage for using a crossbow in Melee).

The Path of the Berserker for barbarians lets you take a melee attack as a bonus action when you frenzy.  It comes with a cost in a level of exhaustion, but you still get those bonus action melee attacks.

Sentinel is a reaction and not a bonus action.  I forgot to mention that in my last post.
