If you start as a fighter class character until you gain two attacks. Then dual with a wizard, do you gain the ability to cast two spells?

Nov 07, 2014 17:07:41 No. You gain the ability to cast twice from second level of fighter, when you gain action surge. Most spells I'm aware of have a "one action" casting time. Extra attacks are gained when you take the attack action. So, if you don't have action surge (not counting spells I'm not familiar with such as possibly Haste), you can only cast once per action,v which means once per turn.
