HI, I want to make a optimized Conjuration Wizard. I will go to 19 Wizard 1 Cleric Build with Medium Armor and Shield so I dont need more than 14 dex. My firt doubts are:

1) Whats is better start with cleric (Wisdom and Charisma) or Wizard (Wisdom and Intelligence)?

2) Conjuration Wizard dont need res(con) nether warcaster because damage doesn't break your concetration. So I dont need too much feats. Whats Is better Forest Gnome or Human?

For now it is just it, thanks for help.

A Cleric level dip is quite good for Wizard.  It really doesn't matter which you take at level 1, Int and Cha are both pretty unusual saves.

If Variant Human is allowed, it's pretty much the best race for almost any non-charisma based build.  Forest Gnome is better than the standard human though.

Unless you are starting at high level, you will still need to concern yourself with Con saves.  Conjurer doesn't get that ability until 10 in memory serves, and even then, it only works on Conjuration spells, and you will likely be casting other concentration spells too.

As a Wizard, I'd put a slight favor on the Charisma save, since you're going to raise your Intelligence anyway.

gnome. damage won't break your concentration, but a hold person will. plus being small means you can summon more mounts.
also consider inspiring leader to give your conjurations (and party) THP. though 10 minutes will eat into your summon time.
int is slightly less importaint since there's no DC to conjuration spells, but you'll still cast other spells now and then.
