Dark Words of Power assistance

I was hoping you all good folk could assist me with my Character build to concept.

I love the concept of a Lord of Dark Power whose words hold power over all that hear them.

I would love to have the highest amount of spell ability possible, I would really like to fit 4 invocations in, Agonizing Blast, Repelling Blast, See in Magical Darkness one, and the Tome pact Ritual. I would like to be a social butterfly in skills.

I focus on spells that offer a mix charm/domination, movement and a bit of damage.

So my character build is Warlock 3 / Bard 3 / SorcererX. (Tome / Lore / Favored Soul)

I took Sorcerer as main for Metamagic, where I can quicken Eldritch Blast and other spells, twinn spell others like dominate or concentration spells. Then Bard for all the skill increasers, inspiration and cutting word. And Warlock even though it is a dip I consider my core concept but have issues with the so few spells per they get, and Sorcerer offers me so much more.

So basically what do you all think of how this build stacks up compared to said straight Warlock, Bard, Soercerer,?

Do you think this build is good enough to hold it's own through the levels as well at 20?

Would I be better off going Warlock 17 / Bard 3 or vice versa?

Is the loss of the 8-9th spells known giving up to much for Bard dip?

Would love to hear your thoughts on this as you have all offered great advice prior.

You might want to take Warlock 14. With the Great Old One patron you gain create thrall, which lets you basically take over someone's mind and make them fight for you.

If all you really want from Warlock is eldritch blast, you can also gain it with the spell sniper feat. Those invocations are nice though.

I'd say Favored Soul 4, Pact of Tome 4 and College of Lore 12. Bard gives you much better options for control than Sorcerer. Being able to poach a 3rd, 5ht and 7th level spell from anywhere is also awesome.

This is a really intriguing build. Can you post the full stats and progression you plan.

In a parralell build IV been working on Instead of sorcerer and its metamagic I went with a wizard diviner for portent. The idea being I hope to roll bad and replace enemy saveing throws to ensure they fail their saves.

So either wz14/B6 or Wz14/B4/Wa2 or Wz2/B14/Wa4

I know this build would be a touch MAD and I myself havnt figured out how I'm goingto delegate my ability scores yet.

I play a Half-Elf GOO Warlock 5 with the Actor feat. It lets me speak into the minds of others using their own voice. Talk about being able to manipulate people. Mask of Many Faces with it pretty much guarantees no one will inspect my illusion because they don't have a reason to. I grabbed Agonizing Blast for boring combat (yawn), but picked up Book of Ancient Secrets for all of the ritual goodies and better being able to pass himself off as a "Wizard".
