Noble Rogue:

From Rogue:  Theives Tools Profiency: Snuck out often at night and needed these to get out.

Theives' Cant: His father is a wealthy merchant and has many "friends" he goes and meets to discuss information, Vlad usally went along and picked up on the language.

From Background:    Noble so I gave him two extra languages instead prof in tools. (Dwarven / Gnomish and he already knew Common and Elvish)

Criminal Contact: Same reason as theives' cant above.

Personality: I am exited to adventure the unknown world and discover new things.

Ideal:          I must prove I can handle myself.

Bonds:        The common folk must see me as a Hero!

Flaw:           Sometimes I am neive.

I'm not sure I understand. Are you customising the Noble background and taking Rogue as a class? If so,

  • Taking the 'Criminal Contact' feature instead of 'Position of Privilege' is okay.
  • Taking two languages instead of one language and one type of gaming set is okay.

If you are trying to add on Rogue class features (Thieves' Tools proficiency and Thieves' Cant) without actually taking the Rogue class, and pretending they are part of your background, then that is not okay. Your post reads as if that's what you are trying to do, that's why I'm not sure I understand.
