Does this stack? And what's it good for?

Goliaths are treated as Large for the purposes of being able to push, pull, and lift. For medium creatures, you can handle weight up to 30X your Strength score (PHB p. 176). If you're Large, double that. So with a Strength of 20, a Goliath can move 1200lbs. At lv6, Barbarians can pick Aspect of the Bear. That's double your lift maximum, plus advantage on pull, push, lift, and breaking objects. So... I believe they can now lift 2400lbs, is that correct? So that begs the question, what shenanigans can be wrought with this?

I think it does and use it to snap the arms of your enemies in a grapple with what would have been impossible and it changes to just hard. I tried to do this in 3.5 but DM said no but he did let me destroy a wheel of a wagon to stop a convoy

you can lift 2400lbs I call that a small higly mobile catapult. So pick up a rock and ask your DM what are the effect of a catapult. When your DM tell you you found 2 status of black Oyx dragon worth 4000gp each, but since they weight 500pound each you cannot transport them, remind him that you can carry that weight with a single hand (but he might still argu that the boat and the marsh ground arround the dungeon won't support you.

ripping someone arm is not the same as lifting. You lift with all your body, you rip someone arm mainly with your arms.

Could you knock stuff over? Such as support beams? Turn yourself into a battering ram? In LMoP, isn't there a particular tower with some particular creature in it...? Could you maybe cause the tower to collapse into itself?

jaappleton, as entertaining as that would be, it'd likely cause more rules questions than needed.

Tavern Brawler maked you prof in Improvised Weapons,

like your annoying Druid's 2400 pounds Rhinoceros.

You wind up like an Olympic Hammer Thrower

to attack the BBEG, except your "hammer" is the Rhino.

BBEG takes 1d4 damage ... MOO!! ... the Rhino is Intimidated

... the Druid gets a conditional +/- 2 against any of your Charisma checks.

It could certainly bring into your game moments such as this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lhs5l-Osaq0

Or this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ixEHDWqrzI

If of course your group and your DM are in the mood for them....
