#3 Kalani Aug 24, 2014 23:18:38	The Default fluff for the Dragonborn race is that they descend from dragon stock, however as a result of interbreeding - they have become a uniform copper-brown color. Technically speaking, all dragonborn are potentially descended from any mixture of draconic stock.   Their paternal grandfather may have descended from a copper dragon; their maternal grandfather from a white; their grandmothers from a red and a gold, or even they might be of mixed stock.
#4 ArkPanda Aug 25, 2014 12:13:59	From a roleplay point of view it makes sense that your dragon ancestries should match.  From an optimization point of view you'll be wasting a class feature since you will eventually have resistance to a damage type from two sources.
