In other words, treat it as you would when a wall spell is cast in a space a creaure occupies, or other analogous cases. In short, don't penalize the druid or make it an easy way to auto-kill PCs or monsters transformed into things that swallow other things whole. |

| #9BRJNJan 22, 2015 18:36:39 | Another option would be that the Druid is stuck in Frog form until he has some time to digest the meal (an hour?). But his Swallow attack doesn't work while wild shape is 'on overtime'.
Also keep in mind that a Swallowed creature can try to cut its way out what swallowed them (this inflicts damage and ignores AC) - which might discourage the Druid from doing it again. I think the T-Rex entry in MM has a discussion of this.
Pre-planning: I can see a Druid changing into an Giant Frog, setting up in 10 ft of water with only his eyeballs showing above the surface, grabbing a passing enemy with his tongue, diving, and trying to Swallow the enemy while underwater. This would be an awe-inspiring (and rather rough-on-the-stomach) lead-in for a BBEG fight.
