Dwarven Encumbrance

A Dwarven Racial  Trait says "Your base walking speed is 25 feet. Your speed is not reduced by wearing heavy armor."

 

Does that mean wearing heavy armor doesn't count against your encumbrance or what?

Apr 15, 2015 12:13:13 		No, it means that if you don't meet the Str minimum for your armour, your speed is not penalised as would be the case for other characters.
