I'm mostly satisfied, though I still have a little more work and would like more input on it, but now I'm going to take a new direction with this idea. As a few people have proposed, making this as an archetype, instead of a class itself, would be much simpiler and easier to balance. I'm now going to do this, mostly for fun and the need to take some of my time up.
So here is my question and information on that question. I'm planning on making a martial archetype elementalist and spellcasting archetype elementalist. I'm planning on using paladin as my martial elementalist, but I need help picking the class for my caster elementalist.
What class should I use for my spellcaster class? I can always reskin certain classes if needed to fit the idea better, IE if I used wizard I would add that you dabbled to much into elemental magic and the elemental lords took notice of you, changing the way you are able to use your abilties. |

Meta-magic: elemental adaptation: 1 SP. When you cast a spell that deals elemental damage, you can change the type to another element. You can use other meta-magic in addition to this. |

Alternatively, I could see 1SP to allow you to change the damage type to a single, fixed type (the same type as the one granted from your draconic heritage) - and limit the option to dragon sorcerers. With that being said, this would make Acid, and Lightning Dragons that much more powerful than they currently are. |
