Psionics fit very well with the character, both mechanically (see below) and thematically (as psionics come from the Far Realm and are distinct from magic. Again, see below). |
| #2WorBladeSep 01, 2015 15:51:44 | The biggest issue you have is that as of yet there are no psionic rules in the 5e rules. A few psionic monsters - but not enough unique things about them to even start to guess at a 5e psionic system. The DM will have to cobble something together. I's say use Eldritch Knight as a base and work out the "psionic" spells but your charactyer plans on a different 3rd level option. |

| #4drizzt_zyloSep 01, 2015 16:06:20 | @worblade I do not wish to cause an argument but you might want to check the unearthed arcana mystic articles there isn't a need to cobble anything together and just flavor to taste. I think that sounds excellent though xandy. To create a bit more synergy check the spell point system in DMG and try to convert that so that you might be able to use your spell slots to get more use of your psionics instead of fighter maybe consider paladin and flavor to taste for the synergy with cha. Though you don't need the int it might be wise to synergize that as well. |
