Fleshing out retainers

Hi all!

I'm retiring my druid and starting a wizard. To be a bit different, she's a noble who's been pretty much dropped into adventuring due to circumstances, and for kicks I've picked the "Retainers" alternate background feature.

So far, I have:

A footman/valet, who handles all the day to day stuff that my character can't be bothered with. This includes ALL money related stuff. My PC understands money in a general sense, but as both a noble and a wizard she's never really had to deal with any of the fiddly stuff like buying and selling stuff. So my poor footman has to deal with my finances and do most of my shopping for me. He views his job as keeping my character grounded, as she's not exactly the most down-to-earth type.

A maid, who makes sure that I'm properly attired and comfortable. Since my character is beginning to actually get some idea about how nasty actually having to work for a living is, a lot of the worst tasks of the maid's role are being handled by unseen servants. (My character is kind and compationate, just incredibly ignorant of how the world works.)

A cook/odd job man. Actually a half orc, my cook (who I bring along because A: I am not eating those nasty trail ration things! and B: Having someone strong along to lift heavy objects can be very helpful) basically helps out with any job that needs doing when not cooking. I sometimes threaten people with him because he's so huge, but this is always a bluff as he's a terrible coward who curls up and cries when in any actual danger.

However, all of that is pretty much just job descriptons. Does anyone have any suggestions on cool things I can have to flesh them out?
