Apparently, the designers have heard what people think of the Way of the Four Elements archetype for Monks, especially after the errata, and they're addressing it.

I'd be interested to see what approach they take.
I think the archetype's biggest problem is the high Ki cost of everything, especially relative to the damage offered by flurry of blows or even the utility offered by way of the open hand.
