Is there any where across the internet that I could find a decent resource for possible things my gnome creates in his spare time and what they would need to be created?

Like some sort of master tinkerings worksheet. Help a guy out.

The gnome entry tells you what you can specifically create. Within these parameters, you are free to decide how the device look like. For exemple, your clockwork toy could be in the shape of a hydra or hercules. I don't know if there's any database on the internet listing possible device shape as there can be so many.!

PHB37 Thinker: When you create a device, choose one of the following options:

Clockwork Toy. This toy is a clockwork animal, monster, or person, such as a frog, mouse, bird, dragon, or  soldier. When placed on the ground, the toy moves  5 feet across the ground on each of your turns in a random direction. It makes noises as appropriate  to the creature it represents.
Fire Starter. The device produces a miniature flame, which you can use to light a candle, torch, or campfire. Using the device requires your action.
Music Box. When opened, this music box plays a single song at a moderate volume. The box stops playing when it reaches the son g’s end or when it is closed.

Think of clockwork objects you'd expect to see in a museum, and you're probably going to have hundreds to chooose from.

Cigar snips, knife sharpeners, basic watches or timers, teasmaid, boat, bird, camera, shoelace tier, etc. If need be, make them single-use, or limited life.

If your DM allows, maybe you could add some slight class enchantment to go a bit more Dr Who. Sonic screwdriver, timey-wimey locator, monster detector, and such.

As for what you need to create these items, think of a gnome's toolkit as a cross between a thieves tools and a component bag.

A good source of inspiration I've found for clockwork toys are the creations of Mechanicles from Disney's Aladin tv show. Look up some videos on youtube or pictures of him through an image search and I'm sure you'll find some real gems.
