Help me building a druid

I need help for building a landa druid. We start level 5, we use the point build for stats, and DM houserules that all the races have two +2 to the stats( for exemple wood elf +2 to dex and +2 to wis) and we can give up a +2 in a stat for a free feat at first level.

I my team we are a totem barbarian, a life cleric, a wild magic sorcerer, a monk( open hand i think), a trasmuter wizard, a valor bard and another guy( but i don't know what he is going to play).

 

I'm thinking something like this.

 

Wood elf, i give up +2 to dex for resilient( con)

 

FO 8

DEX 14

CON 15( +1 from resilient)

INT 10

WIS 17 ( +2 from the race)

CHA 10

 

At level 4 i pick war catser and at level 8 i'll put +1 to con and +1 to to wis.

 

For background i choose urchin( slave).

 

 

Some advices?

Quick question: do humans get +2 to all ability scores?
