| #1CotantineSep 13, 2014 1:48:18 | I want to play a archfey warlo/ moon druid, i must fullfill the role of the scout/explorer/infiltrator of my party.Can you help me? |
| #2VeleriaSep 13, 2014 7:35:56 | Multiclassing moon Druid is challenging because you class level/3 is the limit on your wild shape ability. At higher levels you will have trouble keeping the animal form relevant. |
| #3furious_kenderSep 13, 2014 14:25:09 | I would go 2 warlock and the rest druid. He and the thp from the warlock side should keep things viable |

But if you are after using it for interesting features then you can take it early on- Devils Sight for seeing in magical darkness, an at will silent image, an at will Disguise Self ( Infiltrater) or Skill Monkey Infiltrate with Beguiling Influence skill proficiencies. Plus 2 Warlock Cantrips, 2 1st Level Spells with 2 Pact Magic Slots.
Druid 18, a level 9 Spell, 4 Druidic Cantrips, Timeless Body and Beast Spells, 4 ability score improvements
Warlock 3 gives 2 Invocations, plus the Pact Boon. Plus 2 Cantrips, Four Spells with Two 2nd Level Pact Magic Slots.
Blade- Magical weapon appears when called, looks good but your primary weapon is Wild Shape.
Chain- have a magical familiar to scout, if you take 3rd level Warlock at 15, then you could get at will Hold Monster ( with a slight limit)
Tome- 3 extra (Any) Cantrips are pretty useful. Want all Utility Rituals then a Book of Arcane Secrets could be swapped for one of your invocations.
Druid 17, a level 9 Spell, 4 Druidic Cantrips and 4 ability score improvements
Warlock 4 gives 2 Invocations, plus the Pact Boon. Plus 3 Cantrips, Five Spells with two 2nd Level Pact Magic Slots. Plus an Ability Score Improvement Druid 16, a level 8 Spell, 4 Druidic Cantrips and 4 ability score improvements
Warlock 5 gives 3 Invocations, plus the Pact Boon. Plus 3 Cantrips, Six Spells with two 3rd Level Pact Magic Slots Druid 15, a level 8 Spell, 4 Druidic Cantrips and 3 ability score improvements
Plenty of Choices

| #6DSZSep 14, 2014 9:52:29 | It is either druid 18 or 15 due to the LVL/3 formula for wild shape. |

1 from Warlock and 4 from Druid
Great for Feats or Ability Improvements
Still its all about choices |
| #9KeendkSep 14, 2014 12:23:44 | To fulfill the role of scout/explorer neither Druid nor warlock are super choices. Neither have stealth (out of wildshape) or any abilities that grant you anything in that direction. You'd be better off taking some ranger levels with the Druid than the warlock ones. Fluff wise you can explain the Druid powers as "gifts from your fey patrons" and leave it at that.
For social infiltration warlock is amazing however. |

Mask of Many Faces invocation, means the warlock does not need to sneak about, as they actually belong here, or at least appear to.
Also you can tailor your background, so even a Sage could take Stealth, simply by swapping out Arcana or History. Your Charlatan may have Deception and Stealth, rather than Sleight of Hand and Deception.
A familiar can also be super stealthy.
At will Arcane Eye invocation, no pact or spell slot, that will do nicely

How about scouting/exploration then? |
