HELP: 4e Elementalist Character Creation

Hello fellow D&Ders,

 

Me and my friends are starting a campaign of D&D and I wanted to be a Fire Elementalist but the Classes of my Character Sheet don't offer Elementalist but do offer Sorcerer. Do I need to pick Sorcerer and select some specific options?

Or does anyone has the character sheet with Elementalist included if there's one.
