Monks who follow the Way of the Dim Mak specialise in using pressure points to maximize their attack's effectiveness.

Rapid Draw: Starting when you choose this subclass at 3rd level, you gain an intimate knowledge of pressure points and the mastery of ninja weapons. When you make a ranged attack with a Dart or Dagger, you can draw another as part of thr attack.

Master Precision: At 6th level, you can hit the smallest of targets with the upmost precision. Attacks made with Darts, Daggers and Blowpipes are considered melee weapon attacks for the purposes of Monk features. Additionally, Darts and Blowpipes are considered Monk weapons.

Was curious and did some light research on Dim Mak. I'm curious why you chose that name when the focus seems to be on ranged attacks/weapons? The articles only discussed the use of pressure points, and then they seemed to be talking hand-based attacks. Is the idea supposed to be a ranged acupuncturist? The concept of a ranged monk is kinda neat, just the name seems off.

Does Master Precision turning these ranged weapon attacks into melee for the purpose of monk abilities therefore ignore 1/2 and 3/4 cover? There should be a provision about full cover, since no amount of precision lets you shoot through walls.

No suggestions for 11th and 17th, but curious to hear more.

Dim Mak actually exists? O.o

I just choose it as a jab at my friend (his name's Mac).

The ranged attacks are only counter as melee for Monk abilities, not for any other purposes. It was neater than writting all the various melee abilities to work with ranged weapons.
