So we just started a new campain, first time for all of us in 5e some of us have not even played since 3.5.
So my question is, How do i bring up to the DM that i feel the exp is a little low for what challenges we have been facing.
case in point sesion 1: 4x zombie, 1x Minotaur (Weakened) we recived 85 exp each (6 man party) Session 2: 1x Ogre, 4x Stirge and we recived 120 exp each

Also, it's entirely upto the DM how fast you level. |

You could, upon hearing the DM's plan for XP rewards, politely express anywhere that your preferences differ so that the DM could then consider making alterations to their plan to accomodate you. |
