So a little background info first off. I'm a super new player who just learned of a regular D&D group and decided to sit in on a few games at my LGS and was inivted to play and roll up a character my first go. I borrowed a player's manual (which i later bought and am looking forward to using 
) and had some dice ready and was prompty eaten by wolves because you don't run into a cave playing a lyre expecting anything good to happen! Ha ha, now i know.
This has led me this week to start looking at other characters, imagining backstories and possibilities, probabilities, etc. You get the idea. When i got to the Warlock Class i loved the flavor and the options you could do with it. Become Dr. Strange and look like Benedict Cumberbatch doing it, replacing the Vishanti with Cthullu! Pretend to be Sam Winchester from Supernatural and hunt demons- LE GASP Archfey?! Faeries and Sprites and All this other neat things! Well that's kind of sweet, and i like the mind altering spells, and the idea of making a deal with Tinkerbell sounds unique... wait, what?! THE QUEEN OF AIR AND DARKNESS! I love Mab! I can totally roll up a Harry Dresen like character from the Dresden Files an-
Oh wait she's called Auril? And she's not the manipulative neutral judge and protector of the known universe? She's kind of bratty and her sister called her fat now it's Seelie V. Unseelie? And there's a Black Diamond that's essentially turning her into golum.... umm... okay still doable i guess... What else is there?
Prince of Frost! Oooooh, that's interesting, let's see if he's in the bac- oh nothing.... shoot... well what about Online? Huh, there was a story/campaign featuring him that for some reason was taken down... sad face... okay... okay... maybe the Seelie faeries have something going on....
Titania- Weellll not much information.... Oberon! I thought he was funny in "Shakespeare in Hollywood" nope, nothing.... umm... whose this last guy? Hyrsum? ...... Well this is great...
So i guess this post has two questions that needs answering, Why is there so little information available on the Archfey "dieties"? (a term i use lightly because they aren't true gods i've gathered but still can go toe to toe with lesser immortals, hence the qotation marks)
The second question is does anyone know where I can find more information, what books or other publications could i use that could help me?
If there's any details that would be needed, like what i have for a character backstory, or anything i'm missing, all help would be appreciated.

You should specify what world you will be adventuring in. If this is an Encounters game and is required to follow the established forgotter realm lore, thats one thing. However if your game is a private group in a homebrewed setting, the deities may or may not align with any existing story.

read up on celtic myth. Your DM proabably doesnt have any more information about the feywild unless they have tons of notes on their settings cosmology. Thats if they are using their own setting. Your DM will proabably love you if you do some of the work in coming up with a Patron of your own, and things they might be interested in, including why have a warlock servent.
If it is Adventure league, or set in a published setting, there are wikis abound for those.

So it's been awhile since I uploaded this but i feel it's the best place for it. I found a series of articles from 3.5 DnD, I read through most of it and found it great for anyone looking for anyone looking for the Seelie and Unseelie courts culture, creatures, customs, magic items, even things that a Patron could ask their Warlock could do for them. I found the Dark Hunter Presige Class the most interesting personally so i hope everyone else enjoys it as much as i did

2E Planescape has the Planes Of Conflict box,
and iirc the Beastlands has the most Fey-Supers.
3E Book Of Exalted Deeds has some more.
When I played a warlock, my patron was Baba Yaga, Lady of Hags. She was actually an official D&D archfey at one point (4E Manual of the Planes), but I can't find a good link for you right now. I saw her as a supernatural loan shark, meting out magical power to the desperate and delusional, and she'd eat one of your fingers each time you failed to "pay up" (complete a requested task).
