What goes in the Initiative space on the Character Sheet?  The Initiative modifier or something else?

Initiative modifier equal your Dexterity modifier as its a Dexterity check (Basic rules pg. 61)

 

Any modifier to initiative you might get from other game elements, such as a feat would also be included.
