The only way to modifier this is to get magical item (see spoiler for example) but you need to leave the item visible and the new form need to be able to use it. So if you get a amulet, most animal form can wear an amulet, so you'll be a bear with an amulet. if it's an armor, it depend on your DM if he allows the armor to resize to your bear form, but the armor is probably too heavy to allow a bird to fly with it. If you have a ring, then probably the ring won't fit on a bear paw, but the eagle form might be able to wear it as a ankle bracelet? you cannot merge the item and still benefit from his power (so you cannot merge a flamming sword +1 and now use flamming claw +1)
Show The insigna of the claw from HotDQ allows you to add +1 to all unarmed and natural attacks and damages All the item setting your stat to X, so belt of giant strenght, if the DM allowed it to resize to your dire wolf form, you could be a dire wolf with 22 strenght, but when I imagine a dire wolf wear the gauntlet of orgre power. then only thing I see is my dog ripping the socks my mom put on him so he wouldn't freeze his paw int he snow |
