#1 _Maliki_ Sep 30, 2015 8:47:03	Hello gang!  I have come to you as a community to help me find the answer I am looking for (hopefully).  I am looking for a class that is a healer with rogue abilities.  If any of you are old school BBS players out there, there is such a class from a game called MajorMud, the class I am refering to is called a Missionary.  I have tried to look online but haven't had any luck with something close to this.  Anyone out there able to help me find something along this line?   Thanks,   Maliki
#2 Tempest_Stormwind Sep 30, 2015 15:20:58	Trickery cleric with the Criminal background. Or multiclass into rogue. Or actually BE a rogue, with Magic Inititate (any class with Cure Wounds); note that Thief rogues with healing kits and the Healer feat are REALLY good healers. Not everything is due to your class, and classes are tools to realize your character.
#3 rgoodbb Sep 30, 2015 23:15:14	Dex Lore Bard with Urchin Background for prof in Thieves Tools might be another way. Expertise at 3rd level with stealth, SOH etc. plenty of healing + song of rest   But yeah as Tempest said Thief + Healer kit is probably the way to go unless you want more spellcastng.
#4 BRJN Oct 03, 2015 16:40:09	A Bard who carefully picks his Spells and Expertises can do that.  I have a Rogue1/MonkX that was going to take Medicine as a skill (since he needed lots of WIS anyways) and could have done something like you describe.  If your DM is willing and generous, a Staff of Healing can fill the bill, also.
#5 Ashrym Oct 07, 2015 13:10:06	Could try a hunter ranger too with the appropriate build, or stick with a thief who has the healer feat. I would just make a Dex based bard, likely valor for better combat ability. It depends on what rogue abilities and level of healing to which you refer.
