The goal i have with this build is a Skill monkey/battlefield tactician. I dont care about my damage, i am mostly concerned with utility in and out of combat, being the "go-to" guy for skill checks, and inspiration.
I rolled my stats in front of DM, he was mad, but made the rule to roll instead of point buy
Stats w/racial modifiers added Teifling Bard 4/Fighter 4
Bard - college of lore for +3 skill proficiency
Inspiration - target creature gets 1d6 for att roll, save, or check for 10 mins, once rolled, bonus lost, cha mod/day uses
Fighter - battle master for maneuvers, 4x d8's per short or long rest
Maneuvers chosen:
Feats: Skilled - +3 skill proficiency
Expertise in: Jack of all trades grants half proficiency on untrained checks
Spells
Cantrips:
Level 1:
Level 2: |

Also, shouldn't you have more skills? Typically a bard starts with 3, your background gives you 2, the Skilled feat gives you 3 more... that's 8. Then your Bardic College gives you 3 more. That's 11. I only counted 10. Did you take proficiency in a tool as one of the proficiencies gained by Skilled? |
