I know there is a guide out there but sadly there isn't any spell advice.

Apart from the obvious (conjure stuff, faerie fire and polymorf) anyone has spot any hidden pearl?

Also I'd like to hear what magic item you find usefull for your moon druid.

...And I'll say it myself so we close this argument from the start: As a moon druid you are already op by wildshape alone, don't need spells at all.

Goodberry. Never leave home without it. Its a very efficient low-level healing spell when not in combat, and a nice money saver on rations too. Moreover, you can safely expend unused spell slots into Goodberries for use in your next day; if you've barely spent any of your slots, that's a lot of berries!

Speaking of healing, don't hold back on preparing other spells relating to that or recovery. Even if you're more focused on killing, it's still useful to have something like Lesser/Greater Restoration prepared on the off-chance that using that would be more helpful than, say, remaining in the form of a Giant Constrictor Snake for the combat.

Another good low level spell that's easy to miss is Pass Without Trace. This thing gives a nasty +10 bonus on stealth to your whole party for (I believe) an hour, in addition to some other stealth-related benefits. In the right circumstances, its effectively a lower-leveled version of Mass Invisibility.

For area control/denial, there's  Flaming Sphere, Moonbeam, Spike Growth, the various Wall spells, and, at later levels, Reverse Gravity and Antipathy/Sympathy. They could help stall reinforcements or box in a large group of annoying pests before closing in on your victim.

If you find yourself needing more ranged damage, prepare Moonbeam (again), Call Lightning, Blight, Firestorm, Sunbeam, and Sunburst. They're not as good at blasting compared to spells from other classes of the same level, but since Druids lack effective ranged combat to begin with, you're better off having at least one ofthese to cover your ground.

Contagion is a popular spell at mid-levels, since it has a great chance of stunlocking an opponent until they die, all without concentration. It gets less useful later on, since just about anything you fight at high levels have a tendency to be immune to diseases.

At high levels, Teleport via Plants and Wind Walk are surprisingly good for when you need to get somewhere fast. They're almost as good as Wizard equivalent spells of similar levels. Almost.

Moreover, try to have a few rituals prepared. You'll likely have plenty of other more useful spells prepared, so it wouldn't hurt to have something like Commune with Nature or Water Breathing prepared just in case.

some usefull advice, ty. How good/bad is protection from elements? i think i can prepare it just in case.

My biggest problem are utility spells, i really suck at rate them. Since i mostly use conjure something in combat i don't know what to do with my spells outside of it (except for being 2nd healer).
