Moon Druid: Do I actually need to raise my Wis, or should I invest in Feats instead?

As the (only) frontline character in a party of ranged weapon users and casters, I'm wondering if I should be improving my ability scores (most notably Wisdom) or if I would get more out of taking feats instead (Warcaster, Sentinel, Resilient, etc.).

On another note, do I get to keep my +1 Ability Scores from taking a feat in Wild Shape? I could see the possibility of stacking various +1 Strength/Dexterity/Constitution feats to change the stats of some beast forms.

Your physical stats change to that of the beast's. Period. Just realize you won't always be a beast, so plan for that. Also, Wisdom save spells are some of the nastiest around, so I'd still think about putting some points into Wisdom even though your proficient in the saves.

Feats would probably be better, 18 wisdom is nice 20 is probably not needed.

You don't "need" anything, of course. WIS 14 would work too. 18 is nice and meaty and doesn't cost too much, 20 will probably take you until at least level 8 to accomplish.

I go with feats because they're more fun. Just make sure it's something you'll get use out of; Polearm Master doesn't give great return on investment of you spend most fights in beast mode. Sentinel, OTOH, will make you a better "tank" as a beast, but probably won't get used much in Druid form. Observant always works, Lucky always works, Alert always works. Keen Mind and feats like it can be fun if your concept matches them.

Anything with ongoing effects. Call Lightning being the most common example.
