what are the stat requirements for a multiclassed paladin?

If you are any class and want to switch to Paladin you need 13 STR and 13 CHA. See PHB page 163, it lists all stat requirements.

The key is that each class has 1-2 stat requirements, and those have to be met if you are MCing into *OR* out of the class.
