i plan on being a tiefling race having a 3rd language as draconic. dont know where to start but yea. i have everything to start.

The best summoners would be either the druid or the conjuration wizard. The druid have most spells which summons creatures, the conjurer has supporting features at 10th and 14th level (even though you don't really need them). After that decision, just proceed with normal character creation. ;)
