I currently play a WarCleric and its alot of fun , but we are going to alternate campains between 2 DMs so the other can play as well.

So he has created a world where there is an orc attack  and there will be advantages and disadvantages for a half Orc  so i kinda want to shy away from that race. With that being said I either want to make a barbarian , Warlock , Or Shapeshifter Druid.

Any sugestions on wich class and why?

Thanks ahead of time

You can combine some of your suggestions. Moon druid/barbarian bearbarian is a common build and arguable the strongest build in level 2-4. Look at the grappling guide for an example.

Or you can see about getting your whole party to take warlock 2 and darkness cheese the campaign. (Not really, I would hate you if my players did this to me).

I've played with two people who played Warlocks and thought they were weak compared to the rest of the party.  One went CE to keep himself entertained (bad idea, in the middle of Murder at Balders Gate) and the other one didn't show up for play last week.

The druid I've played an AL module with was fun and effective.  Be aware that at low levels there aren't too many good animals statted-out (yet); will your DM let you 'import' 3.x beasties?

I haven't played with a Barbarian yet, so I can't say much about it.
