Penetrating Shot for thrown weapons

Starting a new 3.5 campain with some buddies and I wanted to see if anyone knows a way to make thrown weapons work similar to Penetrating shot/cleave. Thinking of making a dwarven fighter that can throw say an axe down a line of enemies or something to that affect.
