erdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:13px">We are playing an adventure in Ravenloft. We are a really large group. We have a open hand monk, life cleric, battle master fighter, wizard(trasmutation) valor bard, wild magic sorcerer. And me.
erdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:13px" /> erdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:13px">A archfey warlock/rogue, for now i'm really pround of my character, when not in battle i stealth, ambush, persuade, investigate, scout ecc ecc, i'm more effective than the bard for the skillmonkey role.
erdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:13px" /> erdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:13px">But i want to be more effective in battle. So now i'm level 6 and i can change something, feats, ability score and other things( we betatested and now we can start playing seriously).
erdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:13px" /> erdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:13px">So i'm here asking for advices, i love the fluff of my character, i love the outofcombat utility, but i want to be more effective in battle.
erdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:13px" /> erdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:13px">We have 2 tankish pc in the party the fighter( polearm master + sentinel) and the lifecleric( + spells), 1 agile melee combatant( monk), 1 all-in melee combatant( + spells and buff) the bard, 1 balter( sorcerer), 1 god spellcaster( wizard).

erdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:13px">So probably i must fulfill the role of the ranged guy.

erdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:13px">I would pick up Pack of the Chain and then get the Imp familiar. With the Imp familiar I have an at-will invisible scout that can only aid you in all the out of combat sneaky stuff.

erdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:13px">Now i have to think better, for now i'm a rogue 3 assassin/ archfey warlcok chain pact 3, with an imp for familiar. STR 8, DEX 16, CON 14, WIS 10, INT 14, CHA 14. Half elf. ANd next? Maybe 1 level in fighter is good, for heavy crossbow, archery style and action surge. Crossbow expertise + sharpshooter and i can be a sniper, darkness spell + devil's sight + one with shadow and i'm invisible.

Need 2 levels of Fighter for Action Surge, so it's not worth it, and since you didn't start as a Fighter, you won't get the Con save proficiency. I'd say just play it Hex and hide. Find full cover as much as you can, Hex as a bonus action on a creature adjacent to your allies, and let fly. That'll be a 1d8 + 3d6 + 3 on a hit. Not too shabby. I'd take Rogue to 5 next and snag Alert along the way.

Or just don't worry too much about combat and just worry about staying alive in order to shine at the tiers of play your character excels at.

The only thing I would've done different is flipped Int and Wis. Wis is far more valuable to an Assassin than Int.
