If you cast a spell as a bonus action PHB pag 202 says that "you can't cast another spell during the same turn, except for a cantrip with a casting time of 1 action". So, a sorcerer/fighter could cast a spell as a bonus action (with quicken), plus a cantrip as a action, plus another cantrip with the other action (from action surge)?? Or you are also limited by one cantrip per turn?

You can’t cast another spell during the same turn, except for a cantrip with a casting time of 1 action.

This may help clarify things, from the Sage Advice Compendium:

Is there a limit on the number of spells you can cast

Sage Advice is more official than Twitter, as the Compendium says.

So? There's no conflict: bonus action spell, cantrips only. Action Surge, both can be non-cantrips. Action Surge and bonus action: two spells, both non-cantrips.
