A mounted paladin can use the feature Relentless Avenger?

The spell Find Steed says:

"Your steed serves you as a mount, both in combat and
out, and you have an instinctive bond with it that allows
you to fight as a seamless unit."

No clear ruling there, but I'd allow it (even with a normal mount, as long it's combat trained and not acting independent). Being on a mount is supposed to be advantagous.

By 7th level, your supernatural focus helps you close
off a foe’s retreat. W hen you hit a creature with an
opportunity attack, you can move up to half your
speed immediately after the attack and as part of
the sam e reaction. This movement doesn’t provoke
opportunity attacks.

I agree with Jay that the rules as written say your mount can't be granted the bonus of Relentless Avenger.

That said, the spirit of the rules would totally favor a mounted Paladin making use of it.

Any good DM would allow this.
