1. Senario #1: you are a lvl 17 monk/way of the shadow, with sentinel skill, in a bar room brawl. Your buddy punches some thug in the face. Can I respond with 2 attacks (monk ability & sentinel bonus attack) or just 1 attack? Senario #2: same monk from above, same brawl... Between attacks 1 and 2, I get the option to move. Can I teleport for my move action and still get my second attack?

1) Once you use a reaction, you cannot take another until the start of your next turn. Both Opportunist and Sentinel use your reaction. However, the scenario you describe only activates Opportunist, because your ally hits an opponent, while Sentinel requires your ally to be the target of an attack. Also note that you cannot use your Extra Attack feature on a reaction.

2) To clarify, there is no "movement action," just movement. Your teleport does not count as movement, it is a bonus action. You can take the Attack action and make one attack, use your bonus action to teleport, then make a second attack because of your Extra Attack feature. You can also spend your movement at anytime before or after any of these three actions. Note that you cannot move between an attack and the Flurry of Blows bonus action, and you cannot use Flurry of Blows and Shadow Step on the same turn because they are both bonus actions. Like reactions, you cannot take a second bonus action until the start of your next turn.

On your turn you get:

1 action

1 bonus action

Movement.

Shadow Step uses a bonus action and only requires you move from one area of dim light or darkness to another with 60 feet. You can move before and after this bonus action.

If you want to use your bonus action for your Martial Arts feature attack (or Flurry of Blows) you're more than welcome to, but it requires you take the Attack action to do so. You can move before, after, or in between attacks taken with the Attack action.

So your Monk could move, attack, move, Shadow Step, move, attack with your Extra Attack feature, then move again. So long as you haven't used up your entire movement in there somewhere.
