#1 Novama Aug 13, 2014 10:27:32	In the Base DM pdf, there is a monster (blink dog) with a recharging teleport ability.   Are there currently any official options to characters to achieve this ability or something similar?

#3 daspian Aug 13, 2014 11:33:13	that teleport abuse in 4e was always so ridiculous in my mind... as cool as it sounds flavor wise.... it is kinda...mechanic abusing.

#8 Marandahir Aug 13, 2014 15:37:26	I don't know about recharging, but there are another of teleporting builds available.  Conjuror Wizards are probably your best bet, as Teleportation spells are now Conjuration school.  Bards get a good number of them too.  Fey Warlocks can Misty Escape, and on top of Misty Step as an encounter spell, you could say Warlocks have "recharging" teleports.
