Are there currently any official options to characters to achieve this ability or something similar? |

Conjuror Wizards are probably your best bet, as Teleportation spells are now Conjuration school. Bards get a good number of them too. Fey Warlocks can Misty Escape, and on top of Misty Step as an encounter spell, you could say Warlocks have "recharging" teleports. |
