#1 RoguishDelight Apr 06, 2015 12:46:04	Okay guys so for my next game I am taking a break from DMing and making a character, we are doing 5e and since rogue has always been my preferred class I am doing a rogue and after checking them out i decided I want an arcane trickster because that sounds like tons of fun! And when i make a rogue. I want to make the best possible rogue I can but since I have no experiance with 5e rogues I need a bit of help~   Anybody got any amazing arcane trickster class builds they wanna share? I am fine with a little multi-classing here and there. Whatever it takes to get a truly amazing, op, broken arcane trickster!
#2 mellored Apr 06, 2015 12:57:51	Simply be an arcane trickster, with Dex and Int. Probably with a race that has +2 Dex, like halfling, forest gnome, or high elf.     Not much else to it.

#7 Mommy_was_an_Orc Apr 07, 2015 7:04:26	Blade Warlock 5 or Valor Bard 6 can both be good additions to an Arcane Trickster. Gives you Extra attack and a variety of options. Warlock in particular can solve the human 'how do I see in the dark' problem. Or Beguiling Influence for super-skilled. If you go up to 7th with Warlock+Archfey or Bard, you can pick up Greater Invisibility much earlier than 19th. I'd also note that Int's only that crazy relevant if you plan to make attacks with Arcane Trickster spells.
