What feats would be optimal

I have recently been playing 5e. Prior to that, I always played 2e. I do like most of the changes made.

 

Anyway, my question regards my 10th level Ranger hunter. He is a human Variant with two-weapon proficiency. I wear medium armor which caps dex at 2 but no stealth disadvantage. He has Colossus Slayer and Multiattack Defense.

Current feats are Tough, Dual Weilder, and Alert.

If my character continues to survive, I will have 3 available feats to choose.

 

The ones I narrowed down to are Mage Slayer, Mobile, Medium Armor Master, Dungeon Delver, and Sharpshooter. 

 

Most of the time my character is in the front lines and usually deal the most damage.

You still probably want to increase Dex even in medium armor.  It will still affect your to-hit, damage, and inititve.

He has duel weilder feat, he probably took it to not have to rely on dex. IS there any theme or character concept you are following? if not, you know what type of enemies and what kinda fights you get into in your campaign. If you run into enough creatures with magical abilites, then mage slayer is useful. If only one in ten creatures are using magic, it probably isnt worth it. Mobile and Medium Armor Mastery are what i lean towards myself

1st level. Duel Wielder - Variant Human

4th level.  Alert

8th level.  Resilient Constitution

12th level.  Sharpshooter

Obviously if I live that long things may change. Is getting a Stat boost on Dex really make that much of a difference for me? It would increase to hit/ damage and AC by 1. Is that such a huge difference maker? And if so, how?

PS

The reason I took sharpshooter was to have a different Attack option as well as I was going to take Volley.  I was planning on Hunter Archetype with Hoard Breaker & Multiattack defense

 

Planning to 1 level dip to fighter to get Archery as not excited about Foe Slayer.
