wisdom or charisma?

Jun 26, 2015 7:23:15 Im building an electro master tempest cleric/storm sorcerer im only going 6 lvl s sorcerer but the it has the damage abilities like witch bolt and lightning bolt as well as a ton of other u sefull spells. But am going more lvl s into cleric so im torn about which is gonna be more important for the ask of dealing damage.

You kind of have to do both if that's the path you want.

....or consider going land druid for their lightning and thunder/weather attacks rather than sorcerer to use Wisdom only. Thematically a weather/tempest/squall combatant.

Are you going Aarakocra?

Focusing on Charisma should be ok if you want to primarily use Sorcerer spells as offense and Cleric spells for buffing or effects that do not require a save (since your save DC would be low).

Also, what level are you starting at?

Jun 28, 2015 0:56:05 Use cleric Spells as buffs (bless should always be used) and leave the score no higher than 14. Bump charisma through the roof. Boost constitution and have a little bit of strength for your armored and shield. You can dump Int and dex (max 10 on Dex).
