So we start with 6, level 1 spells known (and 3 cantrips).
At 2nd level we get to add 2 spells known. Obviously these have to be 1st level, right? Are cantrips included ("level 0" per se)?
Then at 3rd level we add 2 more spells in any combination of 1st or 2nd level right? So I can add 2, 1st level spells, 1 1st level and 1 2nd level, or 2 2nd level spells, right?
Then basically the same thing for each level beyond (basically 2 spells in any combination of spell level ability the wizard is capable of). 5th level I get to include 3rd level spells in my decision making, etc.
Then known cantrips have their own expansion at 4th and 10th level right?
This is basic growth. I'm not taking in to consideration Feats or copying spells in to the spellbook from scrolls, etc.
