Does anyone remember the softcover book that featured a score of magical machines? I remember it had an uber-proof safe, a dragon powered by air elementals and a fireball wand, a flying castle... All these were mixture of machine and magic that a PC could make. I was sure the last time I saw it it was in my closet, but after cleaning the whol thing, I think the gnomes stole it.

hmm...

you mean like the gnomish ATM machine, or the skeletal washing machine or the bard in a box? and the cover had some gnomes on it with a 'buggy' machine that kinda blew up and ticked off a gnomish king and queen. Nope never seen it

*goes back to read the book again for the giggle factor*

AC series (can't remember the number) - The Book of Wondrous Inventions. It's kind of silly there a bunch of things like magical coke machines and stuff.

Thank you! It was entertaining, but I'm not sure magic coke and all would just fit the Tolkien-like fantasy I like to create. Thanks agin.
